“Much of the stress that…

“Much of the stress that people feel
doesn’t come from having too much to do.
It comes from not finishing what they’ve started.”
~ David Allen

What have you started that needs to be finished in your life?

How long do you usually wait to get things done?

What stands in your way?

How much longer do you want t keep doing it this way?

  1. I will be the first to confess!!!
NOT FINISHED: saying sorry to someone I hurt, writing the rest of my book, setting up a budget we can stick too, reading the books I bought last Christmas, donating time to a cause, and YEs decluttering my home..need to give some of my shoes and clothes to charity.
HOW LONG: saying sorry- 3 days, reading book- since Christmas, Writing- a year, and a few others many years.
WHAT STANDS IN MY WAY: MYSELF!!!! I am totally responsible.
OW MUCH LONGER? No longer- made a list of all things not done and set a finish date. NOW looking into the underlying commitments that get in my way… mmm that is where a life coach can help! lol – I have one too!
